Recommended Roast: Full City
Taste: floral then sage, subtle cola, sweet smokey, apricot
Aroma: subtle tobacco, sweet pepper. With a Light Roast: fresh-baked bread

Notes: This coffee is quite unusual due to the beans being quite large. There are only a few farms in this region that grow and process this bean, making it even more uncommon. And if that isn't enough, these are Peaberry beans! -Like a diamond in the rough!

Pacamara is a subtype of Maragogype which was first discovered in Brazil. The trees are large with low production and large seeds. Pacamara is well known for great tasting characteristics.

Microroast:
One Batch = One bag. -Quality not quantity.
Coffee can only be as good as how well the beans have been prepared.”
