Characteristics: Rustic and mature, Dark Brown Sugar, Bergamot and subtle orange peel, High Acidity, Very distinct tasting.
Notes: A City Roast generates a bright cup that is elegant and finishes long. Full City / Vienna Roast is decadent. Think unsweentened chocolate with black currant and citrus.
