Taste: Excellent as Espresso! Strong on deep flavors, full body and low acidity.

Notes: This blend has coffees from Bolivia to Indonesia -and a couple places in between! It is mostly from Sumatra and Timor. Certified Organic and Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated (which is preferred for coffees like this that have low acidity). With a Vienna Roast, you will experience a rich, full bodied cup. Can be prepared in a Moka Pot, or filtered coffee pot. Excellent as an Espresso (sans jitters).
